We believe…

• In one God, who Is Creator of all things (Gn 1:1-3; Rev 22:13; Col 1:16; Dt 6:4).

• God possesses three distinct personalities (Father, Son and Holy Spirit), but He is still one person in His nature and His being (Jn 1:1, 14; Jn 14:9; Heb 1:1-4, Jn 14:26; Jn 16:7-11; 2 Ti 1:7; Acts 2:38; Dt 6:4; Mt 28:18-20; Jn 5:19-20).

• Humankind is the climax of God’s creation and blessed with the will to freely make choices, but also with the responsibility of accepting the consequences of those choices (Gn 1:26-27, 31, 2:7, 3:1-7; Rm 1:21-23; Rm 3:23, 6:23;   2 Cor 5:10).

• Every human being is created in God’s image and therefore has great worth, but have also chosen to disobey God and separated themselves from Him, creating a need of reconciliation to God and restoration by God (Gn 1:26-27; Acts 3:19-21; Rm 3:23, 6:23, 8:22-23).

• The Bible is God’s communication as absolute truth to mankind and our source book (collection of 66 books) for finding how we can be reconciled to Him, how we can enjoy eternal life with Him, and how we can live a complete life in Him while still on earth (2 Tim 3:17-17; Heb 4:12; 2 Pet 1:16, 21; Eph 6:17).

• Jesus is God’s Son, rules the world as the resurrected King, and is savior being the only means of salvation for those who desire to be reconciled with God (Gn 3:15; Is 9:7; Jn 3:16-17, 14:6; Heb 1:1-4; Acts 4:12).

• Forgiveness of sins, the promise of eternal life, and true abundant living on earth are available to all who believe, trust and have loyalty in Jesus as their savior and Lord (Heb 2:2-3, 11:1; Eph 3:16-17; 2 Cor 5:7; 1 Pet 1:8-9; Jam 2:17;        Rm 10:13).

• The evidence of commitment to Christ can be seen in repentance of sins, confession of faith, baptism into Christ and ongoing walking in the Spirit (Acts 2:38; Rms 10:9; 1 Pet 3:20-21; Gal 5:22-26).

• The church is the visible body of Christ on earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit to reach the world, train believers, and live as citizens of heaven on earth (Mt 5:13-16, 16:18; Acts 2:41-27; 1 Pet 2:9-10).

• God rules as King in Jesus and followers of Jesus live as his ambassadors on earth. In so doing we live lives repentant of sin including those that are counter cultural to the world’s ways. We refuse styles of life that can be described as sexual immorality, homosexuality, easy divorce, idolatry, greed, materialism, gossip, slander, racism, violence, and the like (Gal 5:19-26; Col 3:5-9; Mt 19:3-12; Rom 1:26-32; 1 Pet 1:15-16; Jn 13:34-35).

• The core mission of the church is to make disciples as is taught in the great commission, Jesus is the blueprint for human flourishing (Mt 28:18-20).  

• Jesus will one day return to earth to judge and save the world and to rule as King of all Kings forever and to transform the world into a new heaven and new earth (Mt 25:1-46; Heb 9:27; Jn 16:8; 1 Pet 4:5; Rev 20:12-13; 21:1-22:5).
